The farmhouse and Welsh longhouse is set around the original farm-yard. They have been renovated and converted to three stone built cottages. The stone work is exposed where regulations permit both inside and out.
They are in an elevated position on the edge of a small hamlet on the old Pilgrim route to St David's cathedral and 1/2 mile from Ferryside and the sea front of Carmarthen Bay.
A regular bus service passes and the railway station at Ferryside is situated approximately 1 mile away.
The Three Rivers Hotel and Spa, the full amenities of which are available to the cottage guests is situated approximately 1/2 mile away in Ferryside.
Ty Canol (sleeps 6/8)
This was the farm house and now comprises of three double bedrooms, one of them en-suite with a shared bathroom for the other two. A large integral kitchen and living room is supplemented by a sitting room and conservatory. The sitting room has a convertible double settee. There is a bathroom on the ground floor for downstairs guests and central heating is provided under floor aided by a wood burner. A patio and BBQ is situated off the conservatory. Ample parking too, is available.
Pentre and Duffryn Cottages (sleep 6 each)
These are the two converted halves of the original longhouse which were later used as barns and cow sheds. They each comprise of three double bedrooms one of which is situated in the loft and complimented by an en-suite bathroom. A shared bathroom is available for the two ground floor double bedrooms.
An integral kitchen and living area is overlooked by a small sitting gallery complimented by a wealth of original wood and stonework. Central heating is provided via an under floor system aided by a wood burning stove.
To the rear is a patio and BBQ area.
Strand Cottage (sleeps 8)
Situated in Saundersfoot this cottage contains four bedrooms, kitchen/living and sitting room areas. Fees also include boat moorings and fishing equipment, available on request.
